Cancellation policies depend on the fare selected and are indicated on the booking confirmation voucher. If you have chosen a flexible cancellation rate, you can cancel your booking at any time before the permitted cancellation deadline. If you have chosen a non-refundable rate, the full amount of the booking will be retained in the case of cancellation after the permitted deadline, early departure or no-show.
Check-in is available from 3 p.m., and check-out by 10 a.m.
Yes, you can request a late check-out until 13:00 for an additional fee. This can be requested during online check-in and is subject to availability. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone on +39 055 0517452 or by email at booking@mamoflorence.com.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a welcome email containing a full summary and a link to complete your online check-in. During this process, you will be asked to enter the personal details of all guests and provide the necessary billing information. You will also be asked to sign the rental agreement. You will also be able to select any additional services and pay the tourist tax. Online check-in is obligatory for administrative reasons and must be completed before arrival in order to gain access to the flat.

The flat will be ready for you from 15:00 onwards. On the day of your arrival, we recommend contacting our customer service team to check the possibility of leaving your luggage in the flat beforehand.
Reservations for our Florence flats can only be made via electronic payment.
IMPORTANT: A valid credit card is required as security against any damage.
The entire amount, with the exception of the tourist tax, will be charged to you at the time of booking.
A second payment is required to cover the tourist tax and any additional services selected during the online check-in process.
The Municipality of Florence requires a tourist tax of €6 per person per night up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights.
The following are exempt from payment:
- Minors up to the age of 12;
- persons accompanying inpatients admitted to local health facilities (up to two persons per patient);
- Patients undergoing day hospital treatment;
- Students enrolled at the University of Florence;
- Police, fire brigade and civil protection personnel on duty in the municipal area and staying there for the duration of their shift;
- Severely disabled persons with certified disabilities pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 3 of Law 104/92 (or equivalent regulations for foreign citizens);
-Employees of accommodation facilities who are staying there for work purposes.

The limited traffic area (ZTL) is active in the city center of Florence and is signaled by traffic lights and signs, as well as constantly monitored by cameras. Access is only allowed to authorized people and residents, on certain days and/or time slots, and if to access to one of the private garages located within the limited traffic area. N.B: our Guests can access the limited traffic area and parking their car easily by booking one of our partner private garages with whom we have agreed special rates.
Yes, all our apartments in Florence have Wi-Fi broadband connection free of charge.
No, smoking is not allowed in any Mamo Florence flat out of respect for all guests.
Small animals can be accommodated upon request. An additional charge applies for the final cleaning required to ensure the flat is thoroughly sanitised at the end of the stay.
For legal and administrative reasons, it is not permitted to accommodate a larger number of persons than indicated in the flat sheet.

If you require a flat for an extended stay, please email sales@mamoflorence.com to receive a personalised offer. Additional costs incurred from transient rentals are provided by the Inland Revenue and include:
- Registry Tax (equal to 1% of the total booking);
- €16 for Stamp Duty;
- €25 for contract registration.
Utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.) and any condominium costs are not included in the rent and will be calculated according to actual consumption. For stays of more than 31 days, guests of foreign nationality must have a provisional Italian tax code, which is required to sign the contract. Instructions on how to request this can be found on the official website of the Italian Revenue Agency: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it/portale/web/english/nse/individuals/tax-identification-number-for-foreign-citizens. A minimum notice period of one month is required for the early termination of the contract to avoid loss of the security deposit and any fees already paid.
