It features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms with showers (one of which is en-suite) and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle).
The Oltrarno district is steeped in history and culture, boasting unique monuments, gardens and palaces such as Palazzo Pitti, the Basilica of Santo Spirito and the Bardini Gardens.
As you stroll through the area, you’ll come across numerous artisan shops, cafés, restaurants and small bars offering a genuine Florentine experience.
Please note that the building is located on a street within a restricted traffic zone.
We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to complete the AA4/8 form for the Italian Revenue Agency, which is essential for obtaining the necessary Tax Code for the stay.
This step is mandatory for contract registration purposes and must be completed before arrival please.
You will recceive the attached document via email, after the reservation has been confirmed.

Additional charges for stays longer than 30 nights:
Utility costs (water, electricity, gas, waste disposal tax, and condominium fees) are the responsibility of the tenant for the duration of the stay.
Contract registration fees:
Registration with the Revenue Agency: €25
Registration stamp duty: €16
50% of the registration tax: equal to 1% of the rent
Extra cleaning upon request.
Apartment security deposit: €1,000
The security deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of checkout, if all bills have been paid in full and no damage has been found by our staff.
To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable downpayment of 30% of the total stay and cleaning costs is required.
The balance of the remaining 70% is to be paid anytime within 15 days of the check-in date. If the stay will not be fully paid by then, the reservation is cancelled and the paid 30% is charged.
